Centre CARO is delighted to announce its official inclusion on the list of mediators of the Court of Appeal of Basse-Terre in Guadeloupe.

This registration consolidates one of the CARO Centre's objectives, which is to make Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) accessible to the various public and private economic players, and marks its lasting presence in the amicable settlement arena in Guadeloupe.

Since the launch of its services in 2021, Centre CARO has always been keen to promote mediation as a key tool in conflict resolution, by organizing workshops, training courses and awareness-raising webinars. The Centre CARO is also honoured to have administered numerous mediation procedures in commercial matters and labour law.

With modern, efficient mediation rules available in 3 languages (French, English and Spanish), as well as post-natural disaster Mediation Rules, a decisive instrument for sustainable development, the CARO Centre relies on a local, regional and international network of mediators who share the values upheld by the Centre.

The CARO Centre is also a member of the Caribbean branch of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (Ciarb), the world's largest international network of arbitrators and mediators, and supports mediation initiatives in the region.

For all these reasons, the CARO Centre will continue to promote mediation as a key tool for conflict resolution and Caribbean cooperation.
